“Coffee and Crime” mystery book club, 7 p.m. Meeting will focus on historical mysteries. Books to be discussed: “Mistress of the Art of Death,” “An Unpardonable Crime,” “The Winter Queen,” “The Devil in the White City,” “Maisie Dobbs.” Participants should read one of the books before the meeting.  No registration is required.

Dispute resolution workshop, noon. Patricia Levin, director of the Center for Dispute Resolution in Auburn, will talk about services agency provides and the basics of resolving disputes. Participants invited to bring their lunch. Program will start a few minutes after noon to accommodate people on lunch breaks. No registration needed.
Saturday, May 17
Book signing with children’s author Kalli Dakos, 10 to 11:30 a.m. Dakos will read from her work and sign books. She writes poems about school and is the author of many children’s books. No registration needed.
Go Club, noon, Learn and play the ancient Chinese game of strategy. New members welcome. No registration needed.

Dedication of Charles B. Goldman Memorial Garden, 1 p.m. New garden behind library will be dedicated in memory of lifelong library patron Charles B. Goldman. Public is invited to join members of the Goldman family, who donated funds for new benches and garden, at the event. No registration needed.
