If you’ve always thought you wanted to write a book, November is the time to start. November is National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo, a worldwide event that provides encouragement and support for getting a novel written in 30 days. Find out more at the NaNoWriMo website, nanowrimo.org. You can find more guidance right here at the library at our series of workshops on three consecutive Tuesdays, at 7 p.m. Nov. 10, 17 and 24. Retired English teacher and columnist Mike Ricci has put together a series of classes for anyone who wants to write but isn’t sure where to start. Registration is helpful; please sign up by Nov. 4.
